Empathy, trust, confidentiality and collaboration are at the heart of my practice. I bring warmth and presence to each session, helping you feel heard and supported, while also offering the tools and strategies needed to act and move forward.

 

Whether you're facing anxiety, depression, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), trauma, or navigating the challenges of psychosis or bipolar disorder, finding someone you trust is key. I am a registered cognitive behavioral psychotherapist. The model I utilise explores your thoughts feelings and behaviours, how they impact each other, what keeps you stuck and how to begin to move forward. We can explore your early experiences, how these have contributed to shaping any of your current difficulties and begin to work towards the changes you want.

 

My approach is grounded in evidence-based therapies, including cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), compassion-focused therapy (CFT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) and dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT) skills. 
I work in a person-centred way, meaning we focus on what you want from therapy. I use models that help you to make sense of your difficulties and consider your life experiences which have contributed to how you make sense of the world. Whether you’re looking to manage anxiety, recover from trauma, or understand complex mental health challenges, we’ll work together - at your pace - toward your goals.
